DAY 1 | ACCOMMODATION AT HOSTAL ALCAZAR
The program begins when the passenger arrives at our hostal in Puerto Natales, where they will stay the first night.
Once the package is booked, we can also help you get bus tickets from Punta Arenas Airport to Puerto Natales.
DAY 2 | TORRES DEL PAINE TOUR
Breakfast: 07:30 a.m. – Departure: between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.
The route includes stops at the main highlights of Torres del Paine. The entrance can be through Laguna Amarga or the Serrano sector. You will also visit the Milodón Cave, where you’ll access the historic monument for about 40 minutes.
In addition to the magnificent view of Torres del Paine, the tour includes Lake Nordenskjöld, a 30-minute hike to Salto Grande with views of the Cuernos del Paine, the Pehoé sector, Serrano, Administration, and Lake Grey with views of Grey Glacier (about 1 hour total hiking).
There will be about one hour for lunch.
The hikes are of moderate effort on flat terrain. Return to Puerto Natales is expected around 19:00 (approx.). Includes a bilingual guide and an optional lunch box.
Since the pandemic, tickets for national parks must be purchased in advance through the website https://aspticket.cl/. The required tickets for this tour are: Torres del Paine National Park entrance and Milodón Cave Historic Monument entrance. Entrance fees to Chile’s parks are waived for senior citizens; however, the ticket must still be obtained (mandatory) through the same website.
Ticket prices – Torres del Paine Park. Chilean nationals: Children free up to 12 years old; Teens: 3,700 (ages 12 to 17); Adults: 7,300; Seniors: Free. Foreign visitors: Children free up to 12 years old; Teens: USD 17 (ages 12 to 17); Adults: USD 35; Seniors: USD 35.
High season runs from October 1 to April 30, while the winter season begins on May 1 and ends on September 30.
DAY 3 | NAVIGATION TO BALMACEDA AND SERRANO GLACIERS
This tour offers two departures in high season and can be taken either in the morning or in the afternoon.
The departure time depends on availability and the month of the season in which the excursion is taken.
However, it is normal for the departure from our hostal to be at 7:20 a.m. The transfer will be carried out by our staff.
The navigation begins with a panoramic view of Puerto Bories, an old cold-storage plant near Puerto Natales. Then we approach Eberhard Fjord, the first point of colonization in our province. Other places we will pass include Última Esperanza Fjord, Whale Hill, a sea lion colony, the chance to see condors, arrival at Balmaceda Mountain and Glacier, and then docking at Toro Pier. From there, after a one-kilometer walk through native forest, you reach the spectacular Serrano Glacier.
The tour includes lunch, featuring Magallanes-style meats at Estancia Turismo Perales.
The entrance fee for each person is included in Bernardo O'Higgins National Park, and the return is scheduled to arrive in Puerto Natales at approximately 17:00.

For lunch in Torres del Paine National Park there are restaurant options inside the park. We recommend buying your own snacks at the supermarket, or purchasing our lunch box (includes juice, water, fruit, cereal, sandwich, yogurt, and a snack) for only CLP $ 20,000 each.
EXTRAS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our property offers restaurant, bar, and pizzeria services open every day until 10:30 p.m.
We also provide luggage storage, laundry service, and reception throughout the day.
The breakfast included in the package is continental, and includes: coffee, tea, bread, juice, milk, cheese, herbs, ham, jam, butter, cakes, cookies, cereal, and yogurt. For an additional CLP $ 5,000 per person per day, you can add special extras such as fried eggs, natural juices, and fruit.
