Over the years, we have focused on delivering high-quality service with true professionalism, and thanks to that commitment we have grown into different areas of tourism—such as gastronomy, laundry service, and now a modern pastry shop attached to our facilities.
Among our achievements is being the first “Superior Tourist Category” hostal in the city to receive the “Q” Quality Seal for Tourism from SGS/SERNATUR.

To provide a responsible, innovative, and leading service for the Puerto Natales community—both within our property and beyond—so we can deliver a high-quality experience to our guests.
Committed to promoting local culture since October 2018, our family created a new and innovative project called “Free City Tour Puerto Natales”. Through a 2-hour walk, this project aims to teach all our visitors the history of Puerto Natales from a didactic and cultural perspective—non-profit. Our hostal is also located in the “Barrio 25 de Octubre”, an emblematic neighborhood in the city’s history that was key to its later growth. Together with a group of hostels, we seek to recover the neighborhood’s identity by turning it into a tourist and heritage area, with different services and places to visit.
COMMITTED TO PATAGONIA
At our hostal, we dream of waters free from pollution and we believe that protecting Patagonia is everyone’s responsibility. We try to limit the daily washing of towels to avoid excessive water use, so we suggest that our guests leave towels they want washed on the floor and hang the ones they will use again.
